I think the standard line is “the real marketing hasn’t started yet,” and they will be fired up closer to the actual launch date.

Bragging about hiring a prestigious marketing firm or expensive lawyer is not a substitute for actual achievement, any more than buying a Ferrari makes someone interesting or successful.
