Hello everyone. I once again want to reach out to my Amici and “Nemici” and wish everyone a safe and happy holiday if you celebrate.

Much like Thanksgiving, this year’s holiday celebrations could look very different. Holidays and winter time can be rough for people, even without the added stressors of Covid-19. People might be feeling lonely or celebrating the first time without a loved one who passed away. Or maybe they are struggling due to losing a job.

No matter the reason, during this time of celebration there are many who are struggling. If you yourself are feeling like you have the “winter blues” try to do something for someone else.

Often the best cure for feeling down can be lifting someone else up. Go donate some time, money, or food. This year, we bought some toys for a household that was needy. It was a good feeling to help out someone enjoy the holiday, or just take a little bit of stress off of them.

So, try to lean into the spirit of giving this year. It is needed now more than ever. It doesn’t have to be something tangible either. It could be just being there for someone in crisis.

If you or someone you know is in crisis please reach out. There are people who care for you and maybe they need reminding that people care for them. You could be the cure for the “winter blues”.

Have a safe and happy holiday everyone.

As like last time I’ve included some silly codes to have fun and laugh at. Not to be taken seriously. Go have fun, have a laugh, and do something nice for someone else.
