Looks like there are some FTC questions being raised in the Subreddit about Tommy and his band of Youtubers. If what’s being posted is at all true, then Intellivision Entertainment is breaking the law each time they affiliate with a Youtuber or offer any perk whatsoever and the Youtuber fails to disclose this. 

You’re probably right in terms of the letter of the law, but those tubers are so tiny (as is Intellivision’s chance of success) that it hardly seems worth FTC’s time.

Add it to the pattern of behavior like the altered stock photos, the poorly-explained funding drops from Republic.co, Tommy’s peculiar forum posting behavior, and the moving sand that undergirds this whole platform, and it’s yet another straw on the camel’s back.
